Accelerometer Calibration

As well as frequency sweep calibration, we can also offer shock and temperature calibration on accelerometers to BS EN 17025:2017 and traceable standards.

Using the most up to date Accelerometer Calibration system available, CMR can offer unbeatable turnarounds on accelerometer, velocimeter and geophone calibrations.

We are able to calibrate accelerometers both single and triaxial from numerous different manufacturers including PCB Piezotronics, Endevco, Bruel & Kjaer, DJB Instruments UK Ltd, Dytran, Kistler, Measurement Specialities and Environmental Equipments.

Under our BS EN:17025 (UKAS) accreditation schedule for frequency sweep, we can offer 1Hz - 10kHz frequency range and on traceable 0.5Hz - 15kHz.

We are also one of the few UK laboratories that can calibrate both shock and temperature to 17025 standards. Temperature range -60ºC to +180ºC. Shock range 40g - 10,000g.

Our APS 129 “Long Stroker Shaker System” which has a horizontal air bearing table coupled to the driver unit that allows high payloads up to 23kg, has enabled us to calibrate unusual shaped and larger, heavier accelerometers and geophones.
